Job summary

Wadic in Lahore is seeking a Junior–Mid level Recruiter to manage full-cycle IT recruitment on-site. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers for IT roles, while collaborating with team leaders to meet hiring goals and maintain an excellent candidate experience.

Night shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am. A bachelor’s degree is required, with strong communication, ATS proficiency, and the ability to understand technical job requirements to evaluate candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of recruitment experience.
• IT recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for senior-level IT specialist roles.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networks.
• Parse skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates.
• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast hiring needs.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Guide hiring managers through the process, including offers and closing.
