Job summary

Cynosure, an International Development Consultancy Firm, seeks a Proposal Developer to lead bid development for global tenders across climate, governance, and socioeconomic sectors. You will coordinate diverse experts, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

This role offers exposure to high-level business development and growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field; international recognition preferred.
2–3+ years in proposal development in international development or NGO settings.
Excellent writing, research and editing abilities; ability to synthesize complex content.

Responsibilities

Lead proposal management and development from opportunity tracking to submission.
Draft and refine technical sections, and coordinate financial proposals.
Identify and manage expert profiles and team composition for proposals.
Coordinate with partners, internal teams, and QA to ensure compliance and quality.
Mentor Proposal Analysts and Coordinators to raise standards across the team.
