Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited is seeking an experienced Payments & Acquiring Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of payment processes. You will ensure secure, efficient, compliant operations across cards, acquirers, and APMs, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes governance, resilience, and continuous improvement to maximise acceptance, throughput, and cost efficiency in a global money transfer business.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payment operations and acquiring in fintech/remittance/PSP environments.
• Deep knowledge of card schemes, interchange, chargebacks, and cross-border acceptance.
• Experience managing acquirer performance and payment routing optimization.
• Proven ability to analyze high-volume transaction data and translate into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payment operations across pay-in channels, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Maintain strong controls across payment flows and manage high-risk payment issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and external partners to optimize routing, APM integrations, and fraud/risk decisioning.
