Propstar Technologies is seeking an International Lead Generation Executive to drive prospecting and qualify potential clients across international markets. You will research leads, perform outbound outreach, and maintain precise CRM records to fuel the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to meet targets.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms.
• Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls and other channels.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for lead handovers.
• Monitor lead generation performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
