Job summary

SoftSquare is seeking a Lead Generation Executive to source international and local projects. The role involves managing all stages of the sales cycle, building new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones through effective communication and negotiation.

You will attract clients via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Guru, PeoplePerHour and email marketing, identify opportunities, deliver pitches, and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets. CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 1+ years in the sales industry.
• Strong communication in English (speaking & writing).
• Good knowledge of the IT industry.
• Great knowledge of IT market trends, languages, tech stacks, software products.
• Hands-on experience with analyzing requirements, work estimations, and timelines.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills and presentation skills.
• CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process across platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, LinkedIn, Guru, K-Work, People Per Hour, Email Marketing).
• Identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Manage sales pipeline & track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.
