Job summary

NGTSOL in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring Technical Support Engineers for permanent on-site roles with UK/US rotational and night shifts. You’ll own enterprise IT support, troubleshoot Windows/macOS, manage 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace, and maintain detailed incident records.

Ideal candidates hold a IT/CS degree, have enterprise support experience, and communicate professionally in English. The role includes dedicated transport support for female candidates and immediate joining options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Proven practical experience in IT technical support, helpdesk administration, or enterprise customer engineering roles.
• Strong operational expertise in Windows and macOS troubleshooting and administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of user account management, access control lists, and IT security hygiene.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems and remote support tooling.
• Excellent professional English communication skills.
• Eligible for legal work in Pakistan and onsite duties in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt remote technical support to international enterprise clients across global time zones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and macOS operating system issues on workstations and laptops.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and Google Workspace environments.
• Manage user accounts, RBAC, password resets, and MFA configurations.
• Record and track incidents in ITSM tickets and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and international stakeholders.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational UK/US night shifts and on-site operations in Lahore.
