Job summary

Love Music Global is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our fully remote team in Pakistan. This hands-on role requires owning IT infrastructure rather than just answering tickets, helping keep our global operations secure and efficient.

You’ll manage Microsoft 365 and HubSpot, handle onboarding and access control, strengthen security, and troubleshoot networking and connectivity. Excellent English, independence, and a degree in IT or related field are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support / Systems Administration.
• Strong Microsoft 365 + HubSpot experience.
• Solid understanding of IT security & identity/access management.
• Good knowledge of networking, DNS, VPNs & email systems.
• Excellent English communication.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field from a recognised top university.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 administration & troubleshooting.
• HubSpot administration, users, permissions & integrations.
• User onboarding/offboarding & access management.
• IT security, MFA, permissions & endpoint security.
• Hardware, software, network & connectivity troubleshooting.
• IT systems, documentation & vendor coordination.
• Root-cause problem solving across a global remote environment.
