Job summary

Codeiz is seeking an Associate Business Developer to grow our IT staff augmentation business globally. The role requires identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams in Lahore and beyond.

You will generate leads, manage outreach sequences, and qualify clients for IT staffing across Full-Stack, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Python, DevOps, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least one year of IT staff augmentation or technology sales experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email-based lead generation.
• Strong English communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Familiarity with job platforms and talent marketplaces such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Toptal, Wellfound, Dice, Himalayas, and Contra.
• Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and relevant job platforms and talent marketplaces.
• Build and manage outreach sequences, follow up with prospects, and book meetings.
• Identify and qualify potential clients for IT staffing services.
• Prepare tailored proposals, RFP responses, and client communications.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and track outreach, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to match client requirements with suitable talent.
• Work toward monthly targets for qualified leads, proposals, and closed contracts.
