Job summary

Mountainise is seeking a BizTech Associate/Executive (AI & CRM) in Lahore. You will support CRM integrations, build AI agents, and optimize marketing tech workflows to improve data accuracy and revenue actions.

The role requires 1–3 years in Revenue Ops or CRM admin with an AI-native approach. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams and work primarily in a hybrid setup with occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 1–3 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or CRM Admin experience with an AI-native approach.
• Experience configuring multi-step AI workflows and LLM agents.
• Hands-on with MCP architectures, client-server and tool-context integration.
• Practical experience with HubSpot/Salesforce and automation engines.
• Basic SQL/Python or BI tools knowledge is a plus.
• HubSpot/Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation tool.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM integrations and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Design, build, and deploy multi-step AI agents to automate revenue actions.
• Connect GTM stacks via MCP servers to AI models for secure context access.
• Assist with marketing analytics, campaign performance tracking, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation or integrations.
