Job summary

Zarea Quantum Technologies in Lahore seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand the client base globally.

You will drive IT services sales, manage client relationships, craft proposals, close high-value software deals, and develop strategic partnerships while collaborating with technical teams to design solutions for international clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field and 4+ years IT BDM experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT Business Development.
• Strong understanding of software development services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Strong presentation and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
• Close high-value software and technology deals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances.
