Responsibilities

• Develop leads, manage RFQs/RFPs, and drive client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and compliance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to CRM-driven activity tracking.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across Pakistan in the ICT, IT, CCTV, Data Center, Power, and MEP sectors. The role involves developing new clients, managing company registrations with government and private organizations, identifying tender opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ICT, IT, CCTV, Data Center, Power, and MEP sectors.
• Register the company with government organizations, corporate clients, and private sector companies.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, tender portals, and direct client engagement.
• Identify and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and proposal submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical documents, proposals, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales opportunities, and business activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
• Achieve assigned sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in ICT, IT, CCTV, Data Center, Power, MEP, Telecom, or System Integration.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, government procurement, tender management, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills.
