Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in IT/software).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
