FabTechSol, a full-service software development agency, is seeking a remote freelance Sales Specialist to represent the company to global clients. You’ll drive discovery calls, present proposals, and close deals on a per-meeting or per-hour basis.

This 9+ years-old agency offers flexibility with no fixed schedule and uncapped earnings. You’ll work with a distributed team to understand client needs and craft compelling engagements across web, mobile, SaaS, and AI projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent English — client-facing
• Confident on video/audio calls with international clients
• Understanding of IT/software projects — web, mobile, SaaS, AI
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate scope, timelines, budgets
• Proactive, organized, and self-driven with a remote-ready mindset

Responsibilities

• Handle discovery and qualification calls with international clients.
• Craft customized project proposals, realistic timelines, and scopes that win trust.
• Guide new clients through their first steps with FabTechSol.
• Stay close to clients beyond the first project and identify new opportunities.
• Keep a clean, organised sales pipeline and document it properly.
