Job summary

Tozora Tech in Karachi is seeking a Sales Executive to grow our business from freelance marketplaces such as Upwork and Freelancer. You will identify technology project opportunities, craft persuasive proposals, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

You will partner with technical teams to understand service capabilities, define client requirements, and coordinate timely, commercially sound responses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or comparable online B2B marketplaces.
• Strong proposal writing and business communication skills.
• Ability to understand and present technology services (web/mobile/software).
• Proficient in researching project requirements and qualifying leads.
• Organize pipeline, follow-up, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist relevant software, web, mobile, and digital technology projects on freelance platforms.
• Write tailored proposals, cover letters, capability statements, and bids.
• Engage prospects through platform messaging, discovery discussions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with developers and project leads to prepare scopes, estimates, timelines, and solution summaries.
• Maintain opportunity records, proposal status, follow-up schedules, and client communication history.
• Track marketplace trends, competitor positioning, conversion rates, and BD results.
• Support contract discussions.
