Job summary

Global Software Consulting in Lahore, Pakistan seeks motivated individuals for our Business Development team. The role focuses on identifying opportunities with local and international clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and nurturing long-term relationships to meet revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of experience, strong English communication, and a bachelor's degree. IT/software services background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred).
• Prior BD/Sales experience in IT/software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with international clients across time zones.
• English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (local & international clients).
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales/revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand client needs.
