Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior Business Development leader based in Islamabad to drive growth across Pakistan and international markets. You will shape the BD strategy, identify key industries, and lead strategic partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators.

The role involves managing end-to-end go-to-market activities, coordinating bids, RFPs, and complex proposals, and mentoring a high-performing BD team in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development or growth roles, with 5+ in leadership.
• Proven record of entering new markets and building new business lines.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and channel networks.
• Hands-on experience leading tenders, RFPs and complex B2B proposals.
• Experience selling to enterprise, government or large corporates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the business development strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Identify markets, industries, client segments and service lines with strongest potential.
• Prepare annual/quarterly BD plans with targets, budgets and milestones.
• Advise leadership on growth opportunities and go-to-market options.
• Lead market entry into new geographies via direct/partner-led models.
• Conduct market research on size, competition, regulation and pricing.
