As part of our expansion in Pakistan, we are seeking a senior Country Growth Lead based in Islamabad. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a commercially driven market builder who can open strategic doors, originate opportunities, build trusted relationships, and establish TARGET Digital’s long-term presence across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent TARGET DIGITAL across Pakistan’s government, enterprise, regulatory, and strategic institutional landscape.
• Build senior relationships across government, regulators, SOEs, and major enterprises.
• Originate digital transformation and AI opportunities aligned with Pakistan’s priorities.
• Create and shape opportunities, identify market demand, and mobilise capabilities across government transformation, financial services, energy, healthcare, agriculture and food security, logistics, telecommunications, smart cities, and education.
• Develop and drive strategic partnerships and sustainable commercial growth across the company’s portfolio.
• Travel across Pakistan as required.
