Value Engineering Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to serve as the main liaison between US-based customers and internal teams from our Saddar office. You will attend meetings, draft MoMs, and track progress while ensuring timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong English communication skills, with experience using ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira to manage tasks and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to confidently communicate with US-based customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira.
• Ability to prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) and customer correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as the primary point between US-based customers and internal project teams.
• Attend customer meetings, prepare MoMs, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
• Track project progress and communicate updates, deliverables, and timelines to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize PM tools to manage tasks, deadlines, and workflows.
