HR Ways is hiring for a Customer Success role based in Lahore, Pakistan. You will own day-to-day communication and delivery tracking for a portfolio of US-based clients, ensuring updates come proactively and promises are delivered with accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success.
• 2+ years handling U.S.-based clients.
• Exceptional communication with a clear American accent.
• Understanding of digital marketing, funnels, KPIs, campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Proactive weekly client communications for every client in your portfolio.
• Present monthly marketing reports via video calls, walking through numbers clearly.
• Perform a comprehensive self-QA on every deliverable before it goes to a client.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and keep commitments dated and on schedule.
• Support onboarding calls by gathering access, requirements, and expectations.
• Spot upsell opportunities and present them to CS leadership for potential bonuses.
• Log every client concern, request, and risk signal in our systems.
