Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or Engineering.
• 3+ years in a Project coordinator or similar role.
• Experience supporting Customer Success, CS, or Account Management in SaaS.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and logistics domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead and align stakeholders across CS, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
• Facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and ensure clear project documentation.
• Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies and PM tools.
