Business Solutions & Services (BSS) is seeking motivated interns for our CRM Support team. The internship offers a clear path toward a full-time role, progressing from basic support tickets to advanced technical support and development.

As a Salesforce & ServiceNow Support Intern, you will assist international clients across APAC, CIS, LATAM, Europe and the USA, becoming their first point of contact for support-related queries and gaining exposure to ITSM-based processes.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students eligible.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Interest in technology and CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce, ServiceNow, and ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Salesforce and ServiceNow CRM platforms.
• Manage and respond to client tickets using ITSM processes.
• Communicate with clients regularly and provide timely updates.
• Troubleshoot basic system and user-related issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate support level.
• Document issues, resolutions and client requirements.
• Assist with configuration, technical support and development tasks as you progress.
