Job summary

Business Solutions & Services (BSS) invites motivated interns to join our CRM Support team. As a Salesforce & ServiceNow Support Intern, you will assist international clients across APAC, CIS, LATAM, Europe and the USA, serving as an initial contact for support queries.

You will start with basic tickets and progress toward advanced technical support and development, gaining exposure to configuration and development tasks while growing toward a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in technology, CRM systems and client support.
• Basic technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Salesforce and ServiceNow CRM platforms.
• Manage and respond to client tickets using ITSM processes.
• Communicate with clients regularly and provide timely updates.
• Troubleshoot basic system and user-related issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate support level.
• Document issues, resolutions and client requirements.
• Assist with configuration, technical support and development tasks as you progress.
