Job summary

Ppc Batman in Lahore, on-site, seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to own the full BD pipeline for digital marketing services. You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, handle negotiations, and close international clients with commissions and performance-based bonuses.

You must demonstrate proven B2B sales results, strong lead-generation and closing skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently across time zones (US time).

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Business Development / B2B sales.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
• Proven track record of closing international clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete business development process from Prospecting to Closing.
• Identify and generate potential client leads.
• Prospect through relevant platforms and outreach channels.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
• Conduct discovery and sales calls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations, objections, and closing.
• Meet monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
• Take ownership of the process from first contact to closing.
