Job summary

Earendel Technologies is seeking a proactive Business Developer to build long-term relationships with international clients. The role is full-time and on-site in Islamabad, Pakistan, focusing on identifying opportunities, writing persuasive proposals, and driving outbound outreach.

You will work with the COO and CEO, aiming to generate qualified opportunities that lead to profitable client relationships. The team culture includes regular dinners and team activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of business development experience in software/IT services.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, lead generation, and cold outreach.
• Basic understanding of mobile app, web development, and UI/UX services.

Responsibilities

• Identify Upwork opportunities and write personalized proposals.
• Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Research potential clients, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities.
• Generate ideas to bring in new business and execute approved initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers to create mockups and presentations for prospects.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls with company leadership.
• Track outreach performance and report progress weekly.
• Coordinate with COO for pricing approval and with leadership for estimates and closing.
