The role emphasizes generating international leads, meeting monthly targets, and maintaining meticulous CRM records. This full-time position offers a base salary up to PKR 85,000 plus incentives and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Sales experience in the Call Center Industry.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in sales strategies, objection handling, consulting selling techniques.
• Make heavy outbound calls to the international businesses in USA.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate international sales leads and achieve monthly targets within the BPO domain via cold calling.
• Clearly explain our value proposition and answer basic questions about Digital Marketing products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines and client communications using CRM tools.
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing services such as SEO, social media management, and PPC.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
