Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B business development or sales experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to learn construction-services scope and credibility.
• Self-managed follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach prospective contractor clients in target markets
• Run email and LinkedIn outreach sequences; log in the CRM
• Qualify inquiries, coordinate sample deliverables and fee quotes with the technical team
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and win repeat work
• Report pipeline status weekly with real numbers
