PRIME BPO is seeking a confident and experienced FE Closer (BDS) to close Final Expense sales on-site in Rawalpindi. This full-time role offers uncapped bonuses and a strong commission-based component for high-value conversions. Night shift availability is required.

Senior-level opportunity with a focus on closing Final Expense policies, handling objections professionally, and adhering to insurance regulations. On-site location with ongoing training and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Final Expense closing experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident, target-driven approach.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters.
• Overcome objections while complying with regulations.
• Explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure commitment.
• Document and process closed sales in CRM.
• Coordinate with verification team for smooth handoff.
• Maintain high close rate while meeting quality standards.
• Identify upsell opportunities to improve conversions.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets.
• Stay available for overtime for training or targets.
