The ideal candidate closes deals via Zoom, Google Meet, and calls, writes tailored Upwork bids, and maintains precise CRM records to support sales targets and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Close sales through video meetings, phone calls, or other online channels.
• Write customized Upwork proposals and bids for relevant projects.
• Demonstrate strong spoken and written communication, active listening, and clear presentation.
• Qualify warm leads, discover client needs, handle objections, negotiate, and close.
• Maintain organized follow-up, proposal, and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, email, and common office tools.
• Work from the Rawalpindi office with a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm leads and understand client needs and buying readiness.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and closing conversations via Zoom/phone.
• Prepare and submit tailored Upwork bids and proposals.
• Qualify prospects, address objections, and guide opportunities to a decision.
• Maintain lead, proposal, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoff after a deal closes.
