Job summary

Nayatel is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to oversee FTTH and GPON network deployment and maintenance. The role includes fiber optic cable laying, splicing, testing, ONT installation, and router configuration to deliver triple play services (Internet, TV, and phone).

You will supervise field teams to meet KPIs, read equipment manuals, and conduct surveys for high-rise buildings. Cost estimates for new installs will be prepared, with WiFi coverage knowledge viewed as advantageous.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read manufacturer documentation for transmission equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle network deployment/maintenance of FTTH and GPON networks (fiber optic laying/splicing/testing, ONT installation, router configuration, triple play services).
• Supervise field teams to ensure KPIs are met.
• Read manufacturer documentation/manuals for transmission equipment.
• Conduct surveys of high-rise buildings and monitor deployments.
• Prepare cost estimates for new installations; knowledge of WiFi coverage tools is a plus.
