Job summary

Cybernet, part of the Lakson Group, is Pakistan’s leading FTTH provider, seeking a Project Management Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute telecom and civil infrastructure projects. You will develop schedules, coordinate with teams, and ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget while applying strong PM practices and technical network understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, infrastructure projects, quantity surveying, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, transmission media, and infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of BOQs, cost control, procurement processes, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel), MS Project/Primavera or similar tools; familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, performance tracking, and status reporting using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Support contract administration, bid evaluations, procurement documentation, and vendor management in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, bill verification, budget monitoring, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Summary

The Project Management Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom and civil infrastructure projects.
