Job summary

Oladoc, Pakistan's largest digital health platform, is looking for a fast-moving operator to work directly with the CEO on strategy, execution, operations, hiring and partnerships. There is no fixed box for this role, and you will influence decisions weekly.

You will focus on owning the cadence—weekly numbers, quarterly reviews, and vendor contracts—while staying close to Fit by Oladoc, AI-driven health offerings.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience; top of your graduating class.
• Exceptional quick learner with high agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ridiculously organized; comfortable with numbers.
• AI fluent; familiar with Claude.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy with research, competitor analysis, pricing and business cases.
• Turn founder ideas into briefs, specs and plans for the team.
• Maintain weekly numbers, monthly reviews and board packs.
• Own pricing, packaging and growth experiments on our fastest-moving business.
• Run hiring loops end to end and manage vendor contracts.
• Adapt priorities as the week demands.
