Job summary

DentistFind is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator for our Lahore, Pakistan team. This senior, hands-on role will build a scalable sales operating system, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive follow-through across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations.

You will convert meetings and updates into structured action logs, track owners and deadlines, and produce weekly reviews with benchmarks and gaps for leadership. Remote work setup and EST overlap apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Proven CRM ownership and pipeline hygiene.
• Strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and route tasks to owners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, and ownership.
• Track meetings, actions, and deadlines with clear ownership.
• Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with Marketing, Client Success, and Operations.
