Job summary

Oladoc is seeking an MTO, Content and Partnerships to lead content creation and restaurant partnerships for Fit by oladoc in Lahore. You will produce engaging food and lifestyle content featuring our AI tools and health coaching.

You will build collaborations with restaurants and cafés across Lahore, shoot on location, and manage creator and gym partnerships while tracking performance weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong creative instinct.
• Confidence on camera and editing skills.
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Runway).
• Excellent communication in English and Urdu.
• Self-directed and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Create original short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, featuring Fit's AI Meal Scanner and Zoya AI Health Coach, for publication on oladoc and Fit by oladoc's public pages.
• Develop content concepts, hooks and formats, and shoot on location at Lahore restaurants and cafés.
• Identify, approach and onboard restaurant and café partners, managing relationships from outreach to live collaborations.
• Support collaborations with creators, trainers and gyms, and track partner activity.
• Use AI tools across scripting, voiceover, post-production and outreach to scale content production.
• Review content performance and apply insights to improve each release.
• Contribute new content and partnership ideas weekly.
