We are seeking an Operations & Ecommerce Coordinator to support Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping models in Islamabad. You will research products, coordinate launches, and maintain performance dashboards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has strong English, organization, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of eCommerce business models: Private Label, White Label, Dropshipping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to assist management, coordinate multiple tasks, and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day eCommerce operations across Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping models.
• Conduct product, market, competitor, and supplier research to identify profitable products and opportunities.
• Assist with product selection, sourcing, pricing, listing, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate and support complete product launch process from research to performance monitoring.
• Lead and coordinate team members, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Support management with daily tasks, reporting, documentation, research, and decision-making.
• Monitor ongoing eCommerce operations and identify issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards related to products, operations, and team performance.

• Manage and support day-to-day eCommerce operations across Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping business models.

• Coordinate and support the complete product launch process, from research and preparation to execution and performance monitoring.
• Manage and coordinate team members, assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination.
• Assist management with daily operational tasks, reporting, documentation, research, and decision-making.
• Monitor ongoing eCommerce operations and identify issues, delays, or opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and updates related to products, operations, team performance, and business activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of eCommerce business models, particularly Private Label, White Label, and Dropshipping.
• Strong understanding of product research, market research, competitor analysis, sourcing, product launching, and eCommerce operations.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating a team is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to assist management, coordinate multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
