Job summary

FullCircle Consulting is conducting a confidential executive search for a Chief Executive Officer on behalf of an established food and FMCG manufacturing organization based in Islamabad. The CEO will drive strategic direction, ensure sustainable growth and lead multiple functions including manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Qualified candidates will have 15+ years of senior leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in CEO/CFO roles, and a proven track record in FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior management experience with at least 10 years in CEO/CFO or similar roles.
• Strong background in food, FMCG or manufacturing; edible oil experience preferred.
• Proven full-business P&L ownership and financial management capabilities.
• Experience working with boards and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Lead overall business performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, finance and corporate functions.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, working capital, cash flow and investment decisions.
• Strengthen banking relationships and oversee financing requirements.
• Ensure effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and drive organizational transformation.
