We seek a seasoned finance leader who will partner with the executive team and Board to drive growth, manage treasury, risk, and performance, and build a high-performing finance function. This role demands strategic vision, strong stakeholder communication, and success in complex, multi-entity settings.

Qualifications

• Qualified in CA/ACCA/ACMA/CPA or an equivalent finance qualification.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, governance, treasury, and enterprise risk management; experience in large, multi-entity organizations.

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive financial strategy, strengthen governance, and partner with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and Board.
• Drive operational efficiency and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA, or an equivalent finance qualification.

• Strong expertise in FP&A, governance, compliance, treasury, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience leading finance within large, diversified, or multi-entity organizations.
• Background in technology, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex sectors is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

A competitive executive package is offered, with an approximate total monthly value of PKR 1.2–1.4 million, including fixed compensation, performance incentives, and executive benefits. Final compensation will be based on experience and fit.
