Anam Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., a leading textile manufacturer and exporter, seeks a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to drive the next phase of growth.

The role demands strong leadership, deep manufacturing and supply chain experience, and a proven track record of improving productivity and profitability. You will set strategic direction, oversee operations from production planning to logistics, manage budgets and working capital, expand export markets, and mentor the senior management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including senior leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, quality management, and supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and P&L responsibility.
• Experience in textile/hosiery/export-oriented manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, operational KPIs, and process automation.

• Lead the company's overall business strategy, operations, and long-term growth.
• Oversee manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, quality control, and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements, and cost optimization across the factory.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, profitability, and working capital.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand export markets and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment, high-quality standards, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Establish performance metrics and accountability across all departments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP-driven operational efficiency.
• Build a performance-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
