Job summary

FullCircle Consulting is conducting a confidential executive search for a Chief Executive Officer on behalf of an established food and FMCG manufacturing organization based in Islamabad. The CEO will drive strategic direction, ensure sustainable growth and lead multiple functions including manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

Qualified candidates will have 15+ years of senior leadership experience, with a minimum of 10 years in CEO/CFO roles, and a proven track record in FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior management experience with at least 10 years in CEO/CFO or similar roles.
• Strong background in food, FMCG or manufacturing; edible oil experience preferred.
• Proven full-business P&L ownership and financial management capabilities.
• Experience working with boards and senior stakeholders.

We are seeking an accomplished business leader with strong commercial acumen, financial management capabilities and experience overseeing manufacturing operations and driving profitable business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification, preferably in business, finance, economics or management.

• Strong background in food, FMCG or manufacturing; edible oil industry experience preferred.
• Proven full-business P&L ownership and financial management capabilities.
• Sound understanding of manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and distribution.
• Experience working with boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, strategic and people leadership skills.
