Job summary

AMH Group seeks a Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to steer financial health and strategic direction across Islamabad, Faisalabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Rawalpindi. You will lead financial, accounting, and treasury functions and report to the Chairman and Board.

The role requires expertise in planning, risk management, tax strategy, and governance, with a focus on digital transformation and robust internal controls to enhance profitability and value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the organization's comprehensive financial, accounting, and treasury functions.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with AMH Group's corporate goals and market conditions.
• Provide timely and accurate financial guidance, analysis, and reports to the Chairman and Board of Directors.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control across all units.
• Manage internal and external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and recommend profitability improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management policies to safeguard assets.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 20 professionals.
• Drive finance transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Evaluate capital allocation and investment appraisals.
• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or strategic transactions.
• Manage investor relations and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
