Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within large-scale agriculture or agribusiness.
• Proven experience managing full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Proven experience establishing, building, or scaling agricultural ventures from inception.
• Strong background in feasibility, investment planning, and business case development.
• Exposure to modern farming technologies and irrigation/commercial farming operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agriculture venture from establishment through full commercial operation.
• Develop and execute the overall business strategy and annual plans.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and investment plans.
• Oversee farm development, operations, and technology adoption.
• Build relationships with suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders.
