Job summary

Daraz in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced FMCG procurement professional to manage demand for sub-distributors, corporate accounts and HORECA clients. You will lead onboarding, negotiations, and channel development to optimize margins and supply coverage.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG buying/procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. You will collaborate across logistics, finance and warehousing to ensure on-time fulfillment and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of FMCG buying/procurement or bulk sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with focus on margins and volumes.

Responsibilities

• Develop FMCG demand for sub-distributors, corporate and HORECA clients.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and volumes with manufacturers and distributors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG buying, procurement, or bulk sales.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape in Pakistan
• Demonstrated experience in business development with sub-distributors, corporate and HORECA clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to margins, volumes, and market trends.
