Qualifications

• 2–5 years FMCG sales experience, preferably in territory management.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution, productivity and market share targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor operations, stock availability and profitability.
• Lead and coach the distributor sales team to improve productivity.
• Ensure market coverage, product availability, merchandising and visibility.
• Execute trade promotions and new product launches effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecast business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales KPIs.
