Aurora Aviation in Islamabad seeks a dedicated Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive to coordinate flight planning, real-time tracking, and interdepartmental communication. The role involves ensuring ICAO Annex 6 compliance and managing operational irregularities to support safe, efficient flight operations.

Experience in flight dispatch and airline operations is preferred; collaboration with the Dubai head office and local teams is essential under pressure.

Qualifications

• Monitor incoming flight information and promptly forward updates to relevant departments and stations.
• Knowledge of IATA and ICAO airport codes.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling staff, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate flight data, communication logs, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 6 and other aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming flight information and promptly forward updates to relevant departments and stations.
• Coordinate flight operations and communication between the Dubai head office and Islamabad office.
• Track flight statuses, schedules, and real-time updates for operational planning.
• Receive, interpret, and respond to operational queries and messages accurately.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling staff, and regulatory authorities.
• Handle delays, cancellations, emergencies, and other operational irregularities, escalating issues when required.
