Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a Workforce Analyst in Lahore to design capacity models and systems that guide how many people we need, with what skills, and at what cost. You will collaborate with Operations, People, and Product teams in Pakistan and the US to shape workforce decisions and analyze capacity opportunities.

You will own forecasting, build scalable models, and automate dashboards to reveal hidden demand and underutilized capacity, driving better allocation of human resources.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or any data role where analysis influenced decisions.
• Comfortable with forecasting and statistics (trends, seasonality) and able to read signals in data.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand picture by modeling customer contact movement with growth, launches, promotions and seasons.
• Turn demand into capacity strategy: headcount, skills, channels, cost, and service levels.
• Build the people side of the model: hiring, ramp, tenure, performance and attrition levers.
