US Mobile in Lahore is seeking a Workforce Analyst to design capacity models and systems that guide how many people, with which skills, are needed across channels and cost. You will build dashboards and forecasts, partnering with Operations, People, and Product teams in Pakistan and the US.
You will own the demand picture, translate it into capacity decisions, and automate reporting within our in-house workforce platform while exploring how AI can optimize allocation.
US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication. The goal: one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. Connection without walls.
We're getting there by empowering customers, moving fast, and constantly challenging how things have traditionally been done. Our teams are agile, cross-functional, and built around ownership - and we're looking for people who can think beyond the obvious.
We're looking for a Workforce Analyst in Lahore to own one of the most consequential questions in our company: how much human capacity we need, where it should go, what it costs, and what it returns.
This isn't a traditional workforce management role. Hundreds of PEs help our customers every day, and their time is one of the biggest investments we make. Most workforce teams spend their days maintaining that investment. We want someone to design it: to build the models and systems that make capacity decisions obvious, and to spend their time on the questions nobody has answered yet. What will demand look like when we launch something new? What is a minute of handle time actually worth? As AI takes on more of the work, where should the next hour of human effort go?
You look at a dashboard, and your first question is "What isn't this telling me?"
You'd rather build the model that makes a decision obvious than make the same decision by hand every week.
You find people as interesting as numbers: why they stay, why they leave, and what makes them great.
And when something doesn't add up, you don't wait for permission. You bring the data that proves there's a better way.
We're less interested in whether you've followed a traditional career path and more interested in whether you can think in systems, work fluently with data, and turn it into decisions people act on.
Think you're a fit? We'd love to hear from you.
