Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a People Operations Associate to join our Karachi team. You will help shape the employee experience, support day-to-day People Operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will coordinate onboarding, respond to queries, and contribute to building a proactive, people-first culture while maintaining processes, trackers, and workflows to keep everyone informed and supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience and engagement initiatives across the office.
• Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day People Operations support.
• Identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and help implement solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support key moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Maintain and improve People Operations processes, trackers, and internal workflows.
• Ensure employees receive timely updates and clear communication regarding their requests.
• Assist with administrative and operational People initiatives as needed.
• Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and people-first workplace culture.
