Job summary

US Mobile in Lahore is seeking a Workforce Analyst to design capacity models and systems that guide how many people, with which skills, are needed across channels and cost. You will build dashboards and forecasts, partnering with Operations, People, and Product teams in Pakistan and the US.

You will own the demand picture, translate it into capacity decisions, and automate reporting within our in-house workforce platform while exploring how AI can optimize allocation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or any data role where your analysis changed real decisions.
• Comfortable with forecasting and statistics (trends, seasonality, uncertainty).
• Curious about people as much as numbers. Behind every capacity model are people.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• A builder's instinct: you'd rather automate a report once than update it by hand.
• Able to operate independently and own something from the first question to the final decision.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand picture and model how customer contact moves with growth, launches, promotions, and seasons.
• Turn demand into capacity strategy: how many people, with which skills, in which channels, at what cost.
• Build the people side of the model: hiring, ramp, tenure, performance and attrition.
• Turn analysis into systems: help design forecasts, rules and signals in the in-house workforce platform.
• Find hidden data signals: the demand not seen, capacity wasted, and healthy metrics that aren’t.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams in Pakistan and the US; represent the workforce view in Pakistan.
