Job summary

PTCL is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee tendering, vendor selection, and contract management within its ICT and procurement domain in Pakistan. You will formulate strategy, plan procurement, negotiate terms, and drive compliance and savings across categories.

The role requires deep commercial acumen, strong leadership, and ability to translate technical needs into business value while maintaining an uninterrupted supply chain and timely contract closures. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Advanced degree in Business Administration.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management.
• Deep knowledge of product design, pricing models, and commercialization frameworks.
• Proficiency in market analysis, demand forecasting, and ROI modelling.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate technology into customer and business value.
• Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management.
• TCO Analysis and Cost Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tendering and procurement processes end-to-end.
• Formulate procurement strategy, planning, and vendor selection.
• Negotiate terms, durations, and conditions; manage contract finalization.
• Coordinate tender openings, evaluations, and major contractual issues.
• Prepare detailed summaries and reports for submission to superiors and ensure compliance with JPM, JPP & DoP.
