Job summary

Tkxel in Pakistan seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end IT hardware, software, networking equipment, and related services. You will build strong vendor relationships and leverage Lahore market contacts to secure competitive quotations.

You will conduct market surveys, negotiate terms, ensure compliance with SOPs, and prepare detailed procurement reports while supporting budgeting and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of IT procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, hardware, networking equipment, and software licensing.
• Established relationships with Lahore IT market vendors and distributors.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, sourcing, and procurement planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, networking equipment, peripherals, and related services.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and suppliers in Lahore.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate terms to achieve best value.
• Conduct market surveys to identify pricing trends and suppliers.
• Prepare procurement reports, vendor comparisons, and market analyses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with internal departments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize inventory.
