Job summary

PTCL is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture for telecom and ICT solutions in Pakistan. You will coordinate with sales, tech, operations, vendors, and customers to translate requirements into feasible designs and proposals.

The role covers design, implementation planning, and delivery oversight, ensuring quality and contractual compliance while driving customer value and partner coordination.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in IT solution design, enterprise architecture, or systems engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing complex enterprise IT infrastructure is required.
• Technical Proposal & Solution Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for telecom and ICT solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Tech Sales, Business, Technology, Operations, OEMs, vendors, and customers for timely design and proposals.
• Provide technical consultation and develop cost-effective ICT solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare end-to-end solution designs and implementation plans for project delivery.
• Ensure delivery quality, contractual compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with OEMs and partners to meet technical specs and delivery schedules.
